A number of clients and readers have asked us about ideas for eco-friendly customer gifts - it's the season after all. I wanted to write a couple of posts talking about items that have done well in the past for clients or that are new for this year and doing well so far.

1) Flash Drives - Bamboo flash drives, along with their less green brethren in maple, cherry and walnut have been very popular as client gifts this year. At about $9.50 for a 1GB drive with your company or organization's logo they are a low cost high perceived-value gift. Some clients have gotten very creative and recorded greetings or short videos to their customers and placed them directly on the drives. Again, no one ever throws away a flash drive, they are very useful for office and home, business and recreation.

2) Bamboo Robes - 100% bamboo robes (in common colors like sand & sage) have a velvet soft finish and provide instant warmth and incredible absorbency. A little more pricey at around $65 with your embroidered logo, this is a gift that really stands out. Also is it an item that is going to end up in the home and be used nearly every day. We often embroider client logos on towels and robes in the color of the towel or robe itself so that the client's logo is very subtle and folks don't feel like they are wearing a billboard. We have also had clients ask for just "THANK YOU" to be embroidered on the towels.

3) Cutting Boards - Like the robes, cutting boards are a practical, if not so glamorous gift. They normally stay in the customer's home and are used everyday. There is a very wide selection of Bamboo boards available as promotional items. Most are laser engraved with the client's logo. You can get plain boards, boards with cheese sets, boards with carving sets, .etc. There is really a wide selection here. Expect costs between $18 - $48.

To answer your question, as i understand the Callaway Warbird XTT stand bag is water proof as the material it is made from is called 420 nylon which is water resistant and is also the material used sometimes as horse blankets to keep them dry but also breathable. Also a rainhood is included with the bag for extra protection, has 6 pockets and comes in around five different colors! Its a pretty good bag....i reviews some on my site...ill have to add this one also.

The 360CC carbon composite head, with a forged titanium face, is actually 75% lighter. The ERC Fusion's 45" shaft is standard, with either a "Regular D-2" or "Strong D-3" swingweight. This enables both the male and female golfer to swing the club with ease, without experiencing a loss in power.

You compare grips, weight, feel, take a few practice swings, trying to get an overall feel for one anothers clubs. I started playing with the Callaway ERC Fusion driver in the spring of 2004. I had previously played the Callaway C4, the Biggest Big Bertha, the Great Big Bertha, and the Big Bertha Warbird. Although I liked my previous drivers, and hit them fairly well, none compare to the success I am having with the ERC Fusion. I have become much more accurate off the tee, hitting more fairways, and driving much longer than my regular opponents. As you probably know, when you are longer and straighter off the tee, you score better.

It is much easier to hit the green from 150 yds. out, from a good lie on the fairway, than it is from 170 yds. out, from the rough, or even the trees. The larger sweetspot provides me the accuracy and distance needed for tight par 4's and long par 5's. The ERC Fusion enables me to reach some of those par 5's in 2, cutting even more strokes off my game. It's great putting for an eagle every now then. The lighter feel allows me to slow down my swing producing much better contact. It is simply the best Callaway Driver I have ever played.

And yes, although they might not want to admit it, my regular playing partners do envy me, especially as I am looking back at them from the fairway, waiting for them to hit first to the green.

The "Callaway Golf Pre-Owned" website offers these beautiful, powerful, slightly used golf clubs from $139.00 to $239.00. With a MSRP of $449.00, this is quite a Golf Bargain. Whoever thought driving a golf ball "Long and Straight" could be so fun, yet so easy.

what degree is 5mm graphite?

what degree (HB, F, 2H, etc.) is 5 mm lead? I am aware that .7mm is HB, or #2, and i need to know the degree of 5

Should us commoners boycott Nike, Gatorade and Gillitte in protest of those corporations endorsing Tiger Woods?

After all, a portion of the price we pay for their products is used to pay Tiger Woods' multimillion dollar endorsements - which convert to his "Pay for Sex" escapades.

No one likes to be “played the fool.” We were deceived into believing Tiger was not only a great golfer but also a great guy. Clearly he is a great golfer, nice guy he is not. When you buy from any of these three companies the cost of the produce is increased because of the money paid Tiger for use of his name. His name is worth a lot less today than yesterday and these companies need to admit it and stop paying him via our purchases.

Golf clubs could be quite an expensive investment. However, aside from its cost, you also want to make sure that when you play, you are using your golf clubs that are in great condition to deliver your best game. This is why if you would be traveling with your golf clubs, it is imperative that they are protected from any damage caused by banging or rough handling. Here are a few tips to remember when you are traveling with your golf clubs.
