I have like no idea what to wear for golf lessons, should I wear like a polo shirt or a tank top or what??? HaHa.. I am a little bit clueless.

Golf is a game of skill and etiquette that are both equally important. To many people the etiquette is the most important part of the game. Skill is based on practice and talent, but everyone is capable of proper etiquette. The key to great etiquette is knowing the rules and using them every time you play. That way you will not forget them when it is important.

The etiquette of begins before you have even arrived at the course. Dress is very important. Athletic clothing is prohibited, unless you are just messing around at the local public course. Pants or shorts must have belt loops and no cuffs. You shirt must have a collar; polo style shirts are a popular choice. Most golf courses now prefer that you wear shoes with rubber spikes instead.

It is polite to arrive about 20 minutes early to allow everyone to partner up and get organized. If you would like to hit some balls before the match, you can arrive earlier and practice at the driving range. When you reach the first tee it is appropriate for the person with the lowest handicap to tee off first. From the tee each person furthest from the hole should hit respectively. If players that are sharing a cart hit their ball to opposite sides of the fairway, one player should be dropped off at his ball with a couple of clubs. All divots should be replaced with sand and the removed grass.

On the green, the furthest from the hole still hits respectively. You should never cross the path of someone's ball. Either step over the path or go behind the path. This ensures that your footprint does not alter the path. If your ball is near or in the path of another ball, you must place a marker in front of your ball and remove it from the green until it is your turn to putt.

Other than these specific rules, always follow general safety guidelines. Never hit the ball if someone is near its path, and always stand far enough away from someone swinging a club to give them ample room. The most important thing to remember is to respect your fellow golfers and enjoy the game.

I have read about South Africa, written about South Africa, experienced South Africa and explored South Africa for years now. Yet, I do not get tired of it. This amazing, wondrous, exciting, splendid and breath taking natural beauty is full of end less surprises. The beaches, the rock climbing, bonjy jumping, sight seeing, safaris, matches, I mean...come on name it and you have it. What is there that the fans of outing and sports long for and isn't there in South Africa!

We all know that South Africa has one of the world's best beaches at numerous locations. The most prominent ones are in Cape Town. If you are a love bird seeking a lonely corner or you are people watcher crowd chasers running after the cool beach wares, you will easily find your dream beach in Cape Town. Unlike most Fareast regions, the water is so amazingly warm that it feels like taking a hot bath.

Events Festivals and World Cup Matches
From cricket to Soccer, sports runs in the veins of South Africans. The people are very sporty them self and have a history of holding memorable matches. The record of hosting award shows, beauty competitions and film fares is also not bad at all. If you keep in touch with the sports calendar of South Africa, you may also get a chance to drop in any exciting event just by chance!

Mountain Climbing and thrilling Sports
Rock Climbing, bonjy jumping, skiing, surfing, hiking, sky diving, the kind of sports that you can experience in South Africa are no where else. What makes your thrilling experience even more exciting is the beauty and enchantment added to it through the breath taking locations. Even a simple ride in a helicopter, to take a bird eye view or paratroping to be the bird yourself, all is there right in your approach to make a life time memory.

Sight seeing and wildlife encounters

I know women wear cool hats on that day and I want to find a hat to go with my cute white summer dress. I don't want to spend too much on it though.

I can't wait for opening day at Del Mar! Anyways..the best hats are ones that you make personally. Head down to Target in Misson Valley and by yourself a beach hat then walk over to that big craft store in the mall. Pick out a selection of fake flowers (sun flowers are always fun) and attach them to the hat using glue or wire. Making the hats are 3/4 of the fun!

Try these ideas for affordable ways to turn your home into a haunted house at Halloween.

Witches Lair

Simply cut down the sides of wheelie bin size bin liners and open out. The bin liners are just the right size to cover the wall from floor to ceiling. Stick the bin liners all around the walls to black out. Cut the bin liner into strips at door opening. Decorate with pumpkin shapes and fake spiders webs or draw a spiders web with a silver marker or tipex pen. It's amazing how effective it is.

Ghost and Ghouls

Turn your old cereal boxes into ghosts and ghouls. Cut down the length of a cereal box and trim into a rectangle shape. Form a cylinder shape with the plain side on the outside. Draw a ghostly face on the cylinder. Cut the top off a white bin liner or white plastic bag and trim to a rectangular shape. Cut strips into the plastic leaving at least 5cm at the top. Stick around the inside of the ghosts face. Stick some string to the top and hang from the ceiling.

Witch

A Witches lair is not complete without a witch. Find the kids black clothes and stuff with towels or modeling balloons to make a body. Add a green balloon to the head and decorate with wool hair and a hat. Stick a green paper nose on and draw a face on the balloon. Fill socks and gloves for hands and feet. Here is our rather deflated witch she had enjoyed too many Halloween parties by the time we took this photo!

Trick or Treaters

Dress up all the kids cuddly toys as trick or treaters holding torches or flashing lights. Dismembered dolls scattered around the witches lair with red lipstick for blood always gives the kids a fright.

Pumpkin Plates

Real pumpkins are fantastic but one doesnÂ’t make a big impact and is not always suitable for the very young. So why not paint a paper plate orange and cut out the eyes. Dot the around the witches lair with a torch behind to light up or stick to the decorated walls.
