Cleveland Launcher
I have two drivers and I can't decide which one to use?

Because of off days, it's hard for me to tell which one I hit better. One is a Cleveland Launcher 400 and the other is a Bobby Jones by Jesse Ortiz Hybrid. Which one would you suggest? I know it's hard to tell if you've never hit them, but if you have, any help would be great.
Sorry, didn't mean to put hybrid.

These are both quality clubs, just because more people are familiar with the Cleveland doesn't make it the better club. I would suggest taking both clubs to the driving range and hit a bucket of balls to see which works best for you.

Distance is only a part of it. Which club is most accurate for you? Which is most consistent? Which one can you work the ball with the best? Take your time in determining which works best for you, then use it with confidence on the course.

There are so many golf swing tips out there that promise to fix a slice, add distance and accuracy to your shots, and lower your scores, that sometimes it is difficult to decide on which drills and tips to follow. Slicing is not fun, and neither is being embarrassed about your golf game, both of which go hand in hand. We all strive to shoot our first, under par round, but it doesn't come without hard work.

One of my most favorite golf swing tips that can help you fix your slice involves two simple steps around one simple principle. The one simple principle is (and no I won't put some big fancy word here to make myself look smart): swing softly, smoothly, and all of the way through the ball. In other words, don't try to add swing speed by trying to swing as hard as you can. This is, by far in my opinion, one of the worst things that you can do. But how do you go about doing this?

1) Grip the club lightly. One way that you can do this is by holding the club out, perpendicular from your body with your arms , with it pointing to the sky, and grip just enough to where the club does not fall or fly out of your hands. This will give your arms less control over your golf swing and allow the club to do the work, which can ultimately help you cure your slice.

2) Follow through all of the way. Make sure that you hold your balanced follow through, all of the way, until the ball hits the ground and you will notice a difference in your game.

These two simple golf tips can help you fix your slice and fight high scores and inconsistency.

After suffering from a score-raising case of the banana ball blues, I decided to do something about my slice or else I would quit golf. Those were my only two options, it was that simple. My golfing buddies didn't want to play with me anymore as I would always be in a bad mood, cursing, slamming my club, and so on...You know how it goes.

I bought the Cleveland Launcher right when it came out for around $400 or so, which only made my slice worse. I bought almost all of the training aids featured on the Golf Channel infomercials. But spending all of this money didn't help at all. I had to face that fact that I was the key to learning how to cure my slice, not my wallet.

So after doing some research on the internet and making a pact with myself to cure my slice, it was time to get down to business...

There are so many "golf tips for beginners" out there that I was kind of lost, about which ones to spend my time on, all of them promising such a huge change in my golf game, that I became skeptical of many of them.

But I ran across one amazing resource, that truly helped me cure my slice once and for all: MySliceCure.com

It taught me 4 simple drills, without all of the technical golfing lingo, that opened up a whole new golfing world for me. Golf is now so much fun, I love it! And I know you will too, so take my word for it.

I hope everything is going well.

Many thanks for reading our Cleveland Launcher article
