Whats the deal with the Titleist G Ran Z balls? Ive seen them for 80 bucks a dozen?

Is this a misprice or true? What do they do? are they control, or distance balls? Soft or hard? have you tried them? How are they?

The Titleist Gran Z golf ball was introduced exclusively in Japan in March, 2006 to compete in the emerging Premium Distance category unique to the Japan golf market.

I've read it's a cross between the NXT and ProV1. I've seen them for $35 a dozen...but I've also read it's a Pinnacle manufactured ball here in the US (Acushnet thinks we're all suckers...and we are).

In order to get perfectly toned abs you have to do numerous amounts of exercises on your stomach muscles in order to get a 6 pack. You also need a balance of weights and the right foods too. I'm going to reveal 5 great techniques in helping you to getting ripped.

1. The Biggest One - Sit Ups.

Lie on the floor, feet on the floor, knees up and fingers placed behind your ears or hands crossed on your chest. Sit all the way up lifting your lower back off the floor along with your shoulder blades. Lower yourself down. keep repeating this to however many times you feel you can. If this starts to get too easy you can challenge yourself by using exercise balls and weights to test yourself further.

2. Leg Lifts.

Lift your feet off the ground while doing the sit ups by alternating each leg in the air. Bicycling, pretending to pedal while sitting up. Alternating knee touches.

3. Do V-Ups.

Lie on the floor, legs straight out, Extend your hands over your head. Simultaneously raise legs and torso. Try not to bend your knees. Reach with your hands toward the raised feet. Touch your feet if possible. This will likely require some flexibility. Then once this is successful, just repeat.

4. Do Jackknife Sit Ups.

Lie down flat on the floor. Place your hands on the ground to your sides for balance; you can pick them up as you get used to the movement. Simultaneously raise your knees and torso so that your knees and face meet on an imaginary line extending from your pelvis to the ceiling. You should be able to kiss your knees at the top of the motion. Once executed, repeat.
