Air Charmer

This is supposed to be depressing. it's for lit. how is it?

When shall my handsome prince come? When shall I be swept away by my knight in shining armor? When shall I find the one who is such a charmer? I use to wonder alone in my room. My prince isn’t coming. My ring finger shall be bare. I used to face big problems in life, things that made me gasp for air. Sadness, weakness, great despair all came to me when I thought about Love, ever after, hearts, stupid cupid and where he would throw his darts. Loneliness is that hollow feeling that feels like nothings inside. The thought that maybe, just maybe, you’d never be a bride. The long flowing dress, the pearls a-glowing, the veil to cover the tears you aren’t showing. Life’s like a kiddie coaster, staying close to the ground. You sometimes fall, but its okay. You are only two feet off the ground.

I can think of much more depressing things then that!
