How can you keep sleeves rolled up on a t shirt?
With the fashion to show off your arms due to the "First Lady", I do not want to invest money into golf shirts or tank tops since money is tight. Thanks for your help and suggestions.
you could get sleeve holders. they are used mostly for soccer but it looks fine for regular stuff.

5. Set goals and rewards:
Arrive at intermediate goals. Give yourself a payback for staying on track. I will buy new shirt when I have achieved the first goal. I will get a massage when I reach the second goal, acknowledging how some advantages helped me to accomplish my third goal rather than expected, and so I will go shopping for Christmas.
Whenever money is an issue, try other types of rewards. Give yourself time to call a friend or relative that you enjoy spending time with, or give yourself time to write the draft of the book you've been putting off composition. Whatsoever the reward is, it should be important to you and granted at once after achieving a particular and important goal.
Fast weight loss doesn't always keep off, so have a plan to keep the fresh healthy fit lifestyle and long goals and rewards for sticking to the plan.
