The Brooks Cascadia 4 has been deemed a Top Trail Running shoe by men and editors of athletic magazines. The Cascadia is available in both men and women's styles and comes in a wide range of colors. The Cascadia was released in February of this year and the model will be discontinued this December. The next model will debut in February 2010. The 840 doesn't offer a lot of cushion, but that's okay if you don't require extra padding. The 840 has a seamless upper, and reviewers found the seamless upper to deter your feet from getting blisters. Because this shoe lacks all of the extra bells and whistles of expensive trail running shoes, the 840 is perfect for individuals who need a basic durable running shoe.

The END Stumptown 12 oz trail running shoe is made of recycled products. Some of the key features of the Stumpton are its trail radius regrind outsole and co-molded protection plate. The breathable upper allows supreme ventilation for your feet, and the shoes are lightweight and flexible. The Stumpton is ideal for the trail runner, outdoorsman, and adventure seeker.
