Vedanta, L&T to build steel mill in east India
BHUBANESWAR, India, Jan 22 (Reuters) - London-listed Vedanta Resources Plc plans to set up a 5 million-tonne steel plant on India's east coast in a joint venture with Larsen & Toubro Ltd , a top Vedanta official said.

Stainless steel or Aluminium Cookware set?
I have a electric hob and am not sure which pan set is better to cook with, and better for you. Can anyone help? Stainless Steel or Aluminium??
Its non stick inside the stainless steel.....sorry this may sound silly but i don't know that much about these things...

All metals leach into your food, especially if you cook acidic food, like tomato sauce.
Sometimes this is bad...aluminum is bad for you. Sometimes this is good...iron and copper are necessary minerals for the human body. Sometimes this is inert...stainless steel is harmless.
Teflon is harmful to the human body. Not only does it leach into food, it also creates create harmful fumes. So your stainless pot with a Teflon coating is not really a good pot.
Best cookware...cast iron, stainless steel (with no coating), copper, and glass (Visions cookware).
Unfortunately glass cookware is very hard to find anymore. The only place I've been able to find Visions glass cookware is on eBay.
So...your best bet is to throw away both your aluminum and Teflon coated cookware, and replace them with cast iron, stainless steel, copper, or glass cookware.
These are a little harder to clean than Teflon cookware, but I've found that if you soak them for a while in soapy water, they clean up fairly easily. Contrary to popular belief, you can also use Brillo or S.O.S. pads on Visions cookware and it won't scratch....as long as you use a little dish washing liquid to act as a lubricant.
