Jon Pergande, Director, Golf Club R&D/Global Golf: "I'm amazed every time I see Padraig Harrington [2008 PGA Tour Player of the Year] stop the ball on a dime from the most challenging lies under such demanding conditions. Our goal is to bring this shot-stopping potential to the masses.

How to re-handle a tomahawk?
I know the basic theory of how to re-handle an axe - basic shaping, wedge, diagonal steel wedge, soak in linseed oil etc.
But how is it done with a tomahawk? Especially with those made by Cold Steel which have a hole in the side of the axe head.
The handles for tomahawks I've seen look like a round tapered stick and no wedges seem to be used because of the small diameter of the handle.
So...what is the hole on the side for, and how to I rehandle one?
All tomahawks I ever saw were just a simple taper like a pick instead of double taper like axes and sledge hammers.
You just drop the tomahawk down the handle and bounce it upside down on something hard to seat it.
They were meant to be removable.
You take the handle out by bumping the butt end down on something hard.
Cold steel puts a hole in their shovels and axes so you can drive a screw in there to make sure the handle does not fall back out.
Drill a pilot hole for the screw.
For example, check out the Reaction Kenneth Cole Barderline Ankle Boots. They have a scrunched suede upper and lace-up detail. It provides flat boot comfort for those long days on your feet. The stacked block heel adds a bit of lift.' The durable rubber outsole absorbs impact so you can take a leisurely stroll in these whenever the time strikes.
Moccasins were in fashion about 10 years ago and they're back! The Minnetonka Moccasin is a boot and a moccasin combined.' It's multi-tiered fringe trim on the shaft provides a feeling of the old days, when times were simpler. It's soft suede upper provides a classic look for the modern day working woman.'
