The Texas Medical Center is the largest of its kind in the entire world and employs more than 75,000 people that include nurses, doctors, and other staff. So it makes sense that there are thousands of apartment units in the area. We have included some of the newer and more popular apartments in the area today.
Now before you read on currently most of the new apartments are offering great specials that usually include one or two months ree. And other incentives include waived application fees and free deposits.
The Amalfi at Hermann Park
Also one of the newer luxury apartment homes near both the Museum District and the Texas Medical Center. These apartment homes are within walking distance of the Hermann Park which includes both a golf course and the Houston Zoo.
Apartment features are high end too, including features like walk-in closets, vaulted ceilings, designer selected accent walls, stainless steel appliances, and more. The apartment homes actually can be compared to custom newly built homes.
Domain at Kirby
With 293 apartment homes and with a construction date of 2009 the Domain at Kirby is one of the newest apartment communities in Medical Center area. And developers have made sure that interiors are richly appointed with features including expansive 10 foot ceilings, a home office area with a section for your computer, wood flooring, and lots of community features too. Residents will have access to a business center with internet access, copy machines, and more. The Domain at Kirby caters to professionals who have a fast paced lifestyle and desire a high end, comfortable community, with great views, and a top management team.
Braeswood Place Apartments
Although this community is not as close in proximity to the Medical Center like the two communities listed above, since it is within driving distance and is brand new, it does deserve merit.
Also constructed and opened for business in 2009, renters will be extremely happy with a state of the art fitness center including free weights and cardio equipment like exercise bikes, treadmills, and elliptical machines. And interiors boast granite counters in the kitchens. Residents also can select personal private garages as well.
There are many great selections for apartment communities in the area. The above three are just a small sample of what awaits you.
Alexan Main Street
Although Alexan Main Street apartments are not as new as the other communities listed above (constructed 2007), and is not in one of the more desirable sections of town, it is still a new apartment community and that carries the Alexan Brand. Alexan properties all have high end features including resort style pools, WIFI near the pool and club room, and interiors that feature gourmet kitchens including granite counters, custom rounded corners and more.
And the athletic center at Alexan Main Street will provide ample equipment for those who would like to energize themselves with a workout. Alexan communities are constructed with the individuals who desires custom features
